• Housekeeping is provided daily from 9 AM

• Additional guests are charged IDR 250,000 per person per night

• Not recommended for children under 9 years old

• Quiet hours are from 10 PM to 8 AM

• Smoking is not permitted indoors

• Pets are not allowed

• Please treat all furnishings, decorations, and items belonging to Green Poya Resort with care

• Any lost or damaged items will result in a minimum charge of USD 10

• Do not flush paper towels, wipes, or sanitary products. Please use the bin provided. Clogging will incur a fee of IDR 650,000 per toilet

• Construction of our on-site restaurant is ongoing. There may be some noise during the day, though nights remain quiet
