Guest Access
Guests enjoy full private access to the villa, with a secure self-check-in system via keybox and personalized code.

Additional Notes

• Bed linen is replaced every 3 to 5 days, or upon request if soiled

• Towels are replaced every 3 days or when left on the floor

• Housekeeping is provided every Monday, Wednesday, and Friday from 9 AM (excluding weekends and public holidays)

• For check-outs falling on weekends or holidays, the housekeeping schedule will be adjusted and communicated in advance

• Quiet hours are from 10 PM to 8 AM

• Smoking is not permitted indoors

• Pets are not allowed

• Please treat the furniture and decor with care, as they are part of the Akuta experience

• Damaged or missing items will incur a minimum fee of USD 10

• Do not flush paper towels, wipes, or sanitary products. Use the bin provided. Clogs due to improper disposal will result in a charge of IDR 650,000 per toilet
